A must-see highlight is the Howell Family Historical Timeline, which tells a story of the most pivotal moments in Georgia tennis history—from its rich past to exciting present.
The Georgia Tennis Hall of Fame proudly honors 80 individuals, each with their own tennis story to tell. From the inaugural Class of 1983, featuring the legendary Bitsy Grant, to the newest Class of 2026 inductees, Ansley Cargill & Bobby Reynolds, the legacy of excellence in Georgia tennis continues to shine.
The Sessions Georgia Tennis Hall of Fame & Museum is open to the public, Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM, or by appointment. The Hall welcomes youth groups to visit as well.

CLASS OF 2026
Congratulations to Ansley Cargill & Bobby Reynolds, the Class of 2026 inducted into the Sessions Georgia Tennis Hall of Fame.
The induction ceremony (presented by MCBANK) took place Saturday evening August 15th at the Marietta Country Club in Kennesaw. Cargill & Reynolds become the 79th & 80th inductees to this distinguished group of individuals and receive the highest honor to be bestowed upon an individual for tennis in the Peach State.
Cargill is a former No. 1-ranked college player and All-American at Duke University and one of the first Georgia players to reach the top 100 on the WTA Tour.
Reynolds, the current men’s tennis coach at Auburn University, is a former No. 1-ranked college player who brought Vanderbilt men’s tennis to national prominence before playing 12 years on the ATP Tour. He reached the world’s top 100 in singles and doubles and won 40 professional titles.
In addition, Manny Guillen was honored with the Dan Magill “Impact” Award. Guillen’s service to the USTA at all levels spans decades and multiple levels of the organization. His passion and dedication in providing opportunities for all individuals to have access to tennis, regardless of their socioeconomic, race or gender status is noteworthy.
The evening was also highlighted by the presence of a record 24 Sessions Georgia Tennis Hall of Fame members, bookended by Richard Howell (Class of 1993) & both Amy Bryant & Jon Niemeyer (Class of 2025).
